My walkthrough guide arrived, but it’s damaged in some way. Help!

That’s not good at all and we want to put it right. Do the following:

1. Send us a photo of the guide and a description of how it is damaged. Do this within 24-48 hours of receiving the guide.

2. We’ll give you instructions for sending the guide back.

3. Once we get the Walkthrough Guide back, we’ll then send you a replacement as soon as we can.

I accidentally ordered - or have received - the wrong walkthrough guide, what do I do?

No worries. Similar to above:

1. Send us an email describing the Walkthrough Guide you wanted, and the Walkthrough Guide you actually got. Do this within 24-48 hours of receiving the guide.

2. We’ll give you instructions for sending the guide back.

3. Once we get the Walkthrough Guide back, we’ll then send you a replacement as soon as we can.

Shipping

How long does it take to get to my house?

We try to get out our Walkthrough Guides out for the next working day, but it really depends:

 

  • Any order before 3pm on a working day will be sent out for the next working day.

 

  • If it’s a weekend day, or after 3pm on a working day, your order will be processed the next working day.

 

  • Rural delivery may take longer.

 

  • Any order changes or other non-standard orders may mean delivery could take longer.

 

  • Large orders (50+ guides) may take 4-7 working days to arrive.

It’s been 3 working days and it still hasn’t arrived.

If you aren’t in a rural location, haven’t made any changes to the order or aren’t a large order, then you should have definitely received it by now.

 

We suggest you:

1. Check the tracking details sent you to with your order.

2. Ring the courier.

3. If steps 1 and 2 don’t work, please contact our friendly team at studytime@ietutoring.co.nz.

When I look at my tracking details, it says it’s delivered but I haven’t got the guide. Help!

I put the wrong shipping address!

Damn. Don’t worry, we all make mistakes. Please contact us at studytime@ietutoring.co.nz. The sooner we know, the more we are able to do to help.

About the Walkthrough Guides

When are you releasing the Walkthrough Guide for [insert subject here]?

Soon. We promise.

 

Making new Walkthrough Guides takes lots of time, which means it takes lots of money. Unfortunately, we aren’t super rich, so we are constrained by budget.

The best way to help us make resources faster is by supporting us through buying a Walkthrough Guide, or one of our other resources. A lot of the money from the guides goes directly into making more resources available for you.

Why should I buy the print version of the Walkthrough Guide when there’s the online viewable version for free?

  • Print is far superior for learning than online media. Ask a psychologist.
